Position: Customer Service Evaluator/ Mystery Shoppers.
Job Duties:
- Evaluating Customer Service when visiting different stores and other establishments as a Secret Shopper.
- Purchasing a specific product or type of product when required.
- Documenting the shopping experience that will be later used for writing a report through an online survey.
- Visits can be done after working hours or on the weekends. (on candidate's free time).
- Payment is per visit.
Evaluating Customer service in Car Showrooms, Restaurants, Retail Stores and others)
Only candidates located in Dubai and Emirates nationality will be considered.
Job Specification
Christelle Kalash (Recutiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Service/ Mystery Shopper for Dubai in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require customer, service, stores, product, writing, online, retail, dubai mandatory skills. This is a Part-Time morning shift job.
