• To generate cold calling or lead calls.
• Generating new business and ensuring the existing customer base to be handled and serviced
• Maintaining Daily DSR tracker and submitting to the telesales executives to follow-up the clients.
• Physically visiting and confirming the plans with the client.
• Application picking up for the same after dully verified all the original documents, from the company premises Manager, CEO, Partners and PRO.
• Adherence to process compliance mentioned by Telecom Operator/TRA/DED etc.
• Follow up with the processing team for processing the application.
• Ensuring the monthly target achievement on numbers and revenue.
• Strict adherence to the process for customer acquisition and activation process to avoid any kind of revenue leakage / penalty / customer dissatisfaction.
• Physically verifying the document with the original documents, verifying the customer, customer details and customer premises before submission of application.
• Maintaining a strong relation with the customers for retaining & recurring business.
• Conducting outdoor activity for increasing the sales.
• Ensuring confidentiality of the customer details and other data.

The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require cold, calling, business, customer, base, telesales, application, company, process, compliance, telecom, processing, team, target, acquisition, activation, revenue mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
