Description

A newly established contracting company in Dubai is seeking to hire a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage G+2 villa construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising G+2 villa construction projects in Dubai.
• Registered and approved by Dubai Municipality (preferred to be eligible for appointment as the company’s responsible engineer).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
• Proven experience in site supervision and managing all phases of construction.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day execution of G+2 villa construction projects.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
• Manage site personnel, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site.
