Job Description / Role:
The Position will be responsible for the following:
• Supervising a team of call center agents to make sure they are providing an outstanding customer service and following policies & procedures. • Learn about the services we offer.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Booking clients Appointments using a software
• Training and preparing call center representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services.
• Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
• Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Must have 5 years of experience in customer service.
• Must have Supervisor or Managerial Experience

• Must be organized & efficient

Shalini Hegde (Recutiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Call Center Supervisor in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelors degre qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require team-management, customer-support, teambuilding mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 6k to 7k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
