We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cafe operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality standards for our coffee and tea offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on coffee and tea.
  • Extensive knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, financial analysis, and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
