Description

Our company is looking for enthusiastic applicants who would like to professionally grow with us. Though having an experience on the needed position will give you an edge, we are welcoming all interested candidates to send their resume for further screening. Knowledgeable on Microsoft word, excel, and outlook is a must.

This is an office-based designation and the need is very urgent. The successful applicant will be required to join at the earliest. If the successful applicant needs a 30-day turnover period, we will review the case if the timeframe is manageable. Our office location is in Abu Dhabi City.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Helpdesk function: receive general queries, client concerns, and resolve problem
2. Follow-up calls and e-mails to ensure client satisfaction
3. Prepare daily pest control schedule and manpower allotment
4. Obtaining gate pass or site access on VIP premises
5. Maintaining updated client records and essential documents
6. Maintaining updated records of the company and legal documents
7. Prepare quotations or submittals when needed
8. Proper record keeping of invoices and payment collection
9. Perform other works which are deemed vital to the success of the business processes.

Job Specification

Wipeout Pest Control (Recutiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Administrative Officer cum Operations Coordinator in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi City - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have candidates must have good experience on customer relationship qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require computer literate, systematic, good communication skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
