Description

Accounting Tasks
•Responsible for the preparation of billing invoices and statement of accounts.
•Monitor and follow-up receivables that have been outstanding for unusually period of time.
•Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
•Handles Petty Cash Funds.
•Carrying out reconciliation of Customers Accounts.
•Assisted in developing reports on a variety of financial subjects.
•Maintained all files for the finance department in a neat and organized matter.

Payroll and Admin Tasks
•Responsible for gathering all time sheets and checking them accurately in preparation for the payroll.
•Created monthly payroll reporting, used in client billing process.
•Coordinating with the bank, in regards to the worker’s payroll account discrepancies.
•Computing and monitoring leave balances of the employees.
•Viewing and downloading labor contract of employees.
•At least 3 - 5 years’ experience using ERP or any Accounting software
