A leading Contracting company is looking to hire experienced Accounting Manager

Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 10,000 – 12,000
Nationality – Indians ( Preferably South Indians)
Job Role
• The Accounting manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the accounting department and all areas of financial reporting.
• Accounting manager will advise on budgets, financial strategy, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Responsible for managing accounting team, helping audit and ledger preparation, and supporting managers across teams with financial procedures.
• Maintain General Ledger and Statements.
• Record accounting entries in ERP, reconcile and follow up the receivables and payables accounts.
• Record and prepare payment process of suppliers' invoices
• Manage the payroll process as well as travel and expense reimbursement
• Produce the VAT reports (quarter basis)
• Process customer Invoices and credit notes
• File all legal documents of the branch office and maintain documentation for audit purpose
• Manage the financial closing process
• Prepare regular and strong analyses on a monthly basis (sales, products, slow moving items in the
inventory, income statement and cash flow) in order to review with the management
 • Manage the annual budgeting process and follow-up
Requirements-
 • Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Accounting or similar education
 • Successful experience of 3-5 years as an Accounting Manager
 • Proactive, highly motivated and capable of coming up with solutions and initiatives on a daily basis
 • Strong command of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
