Description

Looking for an Accountant Clerk.

Responsibilities

- Entering the monthly expenses on a daily basis with bifurcation

- Sending bank balances daily

- Checking bank and online application accounts for payments and confirming

- Entering the online and physical credit card sales & reconciling

- Obtaining supporting documents for all credit card payments

- Entering daily bookings in the property Google Sheets

- Writing cheques & reconciling

- Doing bank deposits and cheques

- Handling Petty Cash Expenses

- Handling petty cash payments and reconcile

- Prepare balance due report every other day

- Preparing and executing fortnightly payroll

- Liaising with the company auditors to complete monthly reports

- Handling cash and credit card sales

- Issuing payments to all utility companies and inscribing to online sheets

- Sending online payment links to customers

- Keeping track of the back-office inventory and placing orders

- Assisting with import entries

- Reconciling credit card statements and payments

- Invoicing daily bookings in QuickBooks with bifurcation

- Reconciling multiple bank statements daily with revenue from various sources

- Opening & closing the office daily

- Handling customer inquiries on platforms when required, especially pricing

- Undertaking any document preparation as required

- Preparing payroll for all services providers

- Preparing weekly payables reports and posting to online account

Job Specification

Khodr Ibrahim (Recutiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Accountant Clerk in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Sharjah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have - minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require accountant, expenses, basis, checking, online, application, payments, physical, credit, sales, documents, property, google, writing, deposits, handling petty cash, balance, payroll, liaising, company, monthly reports, handling, cash, utility, online payment, inventory, import, invoicing, platforms mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
