Description

About the Role:

• Operate and update property listings across PMS and OTA platforms
• Ensure accurate syncing of availability, rates, and content across all channels
• Monitor occupancy reports and support the operations team with performance insights
• Troubleshoot OTA and PMS issues and coordinate with support when needed
• Maintain consistent and high-quality listing standards across platforms
• Assist with guest communication when necessary through OTA messaging
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes

• Experience with PMS software (e.g., Cloudbeds, Hostaway, Guesty, Pricelabs, or similar)
• Familiarity with OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia
• Basic computer and internet skills (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Ability to understand and interpret occupancy and performance reports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Knowledge of revenue management strategies for short-term rentals
• Previous experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry
• Basic understanding of channel managers and rate mapping
