Urgently Required Receptionist cum administration

Job Summary

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them and answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for executives.

Primary responsibilities

• Answer phones and operate a switchboard.

• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.

• Route calls to specific people.

• Answer inquiries about company.

• Screen the cv who are looking for job

• Shortlist the cv according the client requirements.

• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.

• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.

• Make coffee for visitor when necessary

• Ensure reception area is tidy.

• Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.

• Coordinate office activities.

• Handle phone calls from people.

• Hand out employee applications.

• Arrange appointments.

• Cash out people when necessary.

• Validate parking tickets.

• Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.

• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.

• Take and relay messages.

• Update appointment calendars.

• Schedule follow-up appointments.

• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 1k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
