Description

Responsibilities:

• Guide, lead, and regulate the employees while they carry out their tasks.
• Assure safety of everyone on the job site.
• Ensure cranes are used safely and that all safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with other personnel on the project site, such as riggers, signalers, and crane operators.
• Ensure that everyone works efficiently together and all the cranes are well-maintained and serviced, and accessible when needed.
• Ensure all equipment and cranes adhere to local, state, and federal requirements.
• Responsible for budget management and all expenses, financial transactions etc. are accurately recorded and are carried out in compliance with the rules and regulations of the business.

• Supervising skills.
• Willing to work in Sharjah, UAE

• Should have experience in heavy machinery equipment such as Tower Cranes, Passenger Hoist etc.
