We are seeking for Temporary/Part-Time person to manage the Showroom Reception efficiently, attend to guests and telephone calls in a professional manner.

• Administrative and office support activities

• Data entry and filing ; Misc and general admin tasks as assigned by management

• Answer telephone calls in a courteous manner and divert incoming calls to appropriate staff or manager. Take down caller details for every call and ensure the call register is maintained with adequate information.

• Maintain reception area presentable and clean at all times.

• Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner

• Assist the office staff / management with office chores including but not limited to photocopies, fax, filing, etc. and ordering office stationery supplies.

• Maintaining attendance register

Additional duties:

• Preparing and serving tea / snacks to guests and top management

• Ensuring office cleanliness


• The candidate should be knowledgeable in MS Office usage •

• Excellent time management skills. Must have ability to multi-task.

• Should be well presentable and well behaved •

• Should be proficient in English – Speaking and Written communication •

• Maintain confidentiality at all time.

• Experience: 2-3 years in UAE.

• Preferably on husband/father’s visa
