Job Description:

We are looking for Telesales Executive/ Relationship Officer to join our expanding credit card sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts

• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.

• Skillfully identifying customer needs by asking targeted questions, tailoring our offerings to meet their requirements.

• Staying up-to-date on market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve our sales strategies.

• Nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

• Collaborating with our sales team to achieve individual and team targets, celebrating success together.

• Prior experience in Telesales/sales is a plus but fresher is also welcomed

Qualifications:
