Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside (Tele)sales Representative to be part of our growing sales team for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, prospecting new clients (cold calling) and maintaining good customer relationships with occasional client visits as needed.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales on the CRM system and note needed information
- MUST BE ALREADY A (EX)RESIDENT IN UAE AND SPEAK HINDI
Other duties might also be added/assigned other than those associated with the position as described above. You will be an integral part of the small team and learn very quick!
