Description

The ideal candidate will provide the right leadership skills to create a world-class experience for our customers and deliver positive financial results.

Responsibilities: 

· Manage the center's day to day operations 

· Delegate tasks to the right employees 

· Consolidate and prepare daily reports 

· Ensure the center's facilities and equipments are properly maintained 

· Manage day to day performance of the staff 

· Supervise the booking process and group events 

· Manage staff performance and any issues/disputes 

· Deliver excellent customer service experience 

· Report to management with useful feedback to constantly improve the business 

· Oversee the safety & hygiene standards of the center

Facilities under the supervisor's responsibility:

· 16-lane bowling alley

· Arcade & Party Hall

· Trampoline Playground

· Restaurant (in coordination with F&B Manager & Chef)

Requirements:

· Must have 3+ years previous experience in supervisor/team leader role

· Preferably 3+ years in entertainment or bowling industry

· Must be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus

· Must be excellent in Customer service

· Must be proficient in E-mail and Microsoft Office
