Description

Itineris People Management consulting is hiring for one of its clients in Dubai. 

Service Sales Engineers play a major role within the organization being the link with its customers; they understand their needs and technical problems, report them and look for solutions.

Business Industry: Elevator, Escalator & Moving Walkways

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting Channel: Service Sales Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify key markets, players and customers, and assess Service Sales leads.

• Propose tactics to generate and develop Service Sales.

• Develop strong relationship with clients.

• Follow up and provide continuous Customer feedback.

• Pursue and secure new multi-brand contracts, recapture previous contracts and secure existing ones.

• Review and document soon-to-be expired contracts for renewal process.

• Prepare quotations according to customer’s enquiries for maintenance, parts, and repairs.

• Keep track and obtain approvals on all the proposals made for annual maintenance contracts, parts, and repairs.

• Work with a team of service engineers and technicians.

• Manage assigned sales portfolio and successfully meet or exceed the target budget.

• Monitor financial status of the assigned portfolio (e.g. Outstanding payment and actual GM%).

• Address the Net Promoter Score within the same day.

• Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales/ Service Sales in Dubai.

• Experience in the Elevator Industry is a must.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective client business relationships.

• Proven track records with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent market analytical, organizational and negotiation skills.

• Result oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Creative, Dynamic and Pro-Active.

• Team Player.

• Thorough knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
