Senior Technical Document Controller @ Dubai Precast LLC.


Dubai Precast LLC is a  leading Precast Concrete specialists in the U.A.E. searching for talented candidates to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements and Qualifications

 Minimum 6-7 years of Experience as Document Controller in Precast/Construction Industry
 Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in civil engineering Diploma in civil engineering is preferred.
 Excellent Knowledge in MS Office 365
 Well Versed with Oracle Aconex
 Time Management & Organizing Skill
 Bilingual Communication is Preferable
 Maintain Confidentiality
Senior Document Controller Roles
 Compose Letters and Memorandums & other Manuals as per the instruction/ From the knowledge of Project/Operation/Maintenance Departmental workflow.
 Organize Meetings: Internally with the superiors and peers & Externally with the clients.
 Sorting, Storing & Retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of project team, clients, and industry Professionals.
 Ensuring all Documentation including technical documents meets formal requirements and required standards.
 Act as liaison as per the workflow /Department head approval.
 Problem-Solving capacity & answer all queries.
 Clerical and administrative duties.
 Screening and distribution of documents and information based on the information/action required.
 Maintain Accuracy in data & reports.
 Prepare, submit, and obtain permits /passes.
 Prepare Operations & Maintenance Manual.
 Flexible to work and willing to do other ad hoc task and duties within and outside the department.
