Description

We are looking for a Strong L1 Network Engineer with hands-on experience in DSS+, macOS and Windows support to provide onsite IT and network support at the NEOM project.

1. Provide L1 network and IT support for end users.
2. Troubleshoot Windows and macOS hardware/software issues.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
4. Support LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
5. Troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi and endpoint connectivity.
6. Handle incidents, service requests and support tickets.
7. Perform basic hardware, peripheral and desktop troubleshooting.
8. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
9. Maintain proper ticket updates and technical documentation.
10. Follow SLA and operational procedures.
