Description

 Responsibilities:

- Establish a detailed UAE market customer database, market sizing, and competitor positioning.
- Follow and report on major customer and competitor moves and news.
- Follow and report on market prices; growth rates etc. ….
- Suggest and agree with management on best route to market.
- Introduce the Company to target customers and routes to market.
- Manage technical qualification process at customers in coordination with the Technical Manager including getting competitor liquid samples; foamed samples; data sheets and processing conditions.
- Schedule regular customer visits and have an in-depth understanding of customers’ business model, legal structure, and financial position and provide basic technical support to customer
- Manage existing accounts to secure target volumes and met/developed.
- Communicate prices with customers and negotiate to finalize orders (offer to P/I)
- Manage customer claims in coordination with the Technical manager and the Senior Sales manager.
- Based on credit files suggest customer credit limits and payment terms
- Follow-up collection and secure on-time payments from customers
- Collection progress should be kept to a level or less than 50 %

Requirements:

- University degree (Accounting, Finance ); Masters is a plus
- Coatings background and trading experience is preferable
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Good English is a must, both spoken and written
- Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
