Description

AL WAFA SECURITY SERVICES LLC is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Security Supervisor PSBD to join our team. As a leading security services provider, we believe in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, and the role of a Security Supervisor PSBD plays a vital part in achieving this goal.

• Supervise and direct a team of security personnel in accordance with PSBD guidelines
• Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of all employees and visitors
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any security breaches or risks
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as required
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
• Conduct training sessions for security personnel to ensure they are well-prepared for any situation
• Prepare and submit regular reports on the security status of the premises

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role, preferably in a PSBD-regulated environment
• PSBD certification or equivalent is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Demonstrated experience in conducting security inspections and audits
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Arabic)
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in using security-related equipment and software
• UAE valid driving license are required
