- Guarantee for 9 months // fine for cancellation in guarantee 3500 AED
- Moderate English communication
- Regular patrols of the property, both inside and outside
- Monitoring surveillance cameras, access points, and traffic
- Checking and admitting visitors, authorizing entry of people and vehicles, and securing all exits, doors, and windows
- Submitting reports of daily surveillance activity, suspicious actions, and incidents
- Protecting the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
