Job Description

⦁ We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary with 2 to 3 years of experience.
⦁ The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in managing executive tasks and correspondence, and familiarity with sales-related documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
⦁ Manage daily calendars, appointments, and internal/external meetings.
⦁ Prepare and handle professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
⦁ Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
⦁ Maintain organized filing systems for both general administrative and sales documentation.
⦁ Ensure smooth communication flow between the sales team and operations/logistics.
⦁ Keep the office neat and organized.

Requirements
⦁ 2–3 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, with exposure to sales coordination
⦁ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Photoshop.
⦁ Familiarity with sales documentation (quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes)
⦁ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Attentive and professional.
⦁ High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality

Skills
