We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who can deliver targeted training to sales professionals, from entry-level associates to experienced representatives, helping them develop core sales competencies and advanced techniques.

Role Summary:

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of sales professionals. You will conduct workshops, lead seminars, and facilitate hands-on exercises that focus on a variety of sales skills, from relationship building and prospecting to closing techniques and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for individuals in the sales field, focusing on practical skills, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

• Conduct assessments to determine participants’ current skill levels and customize training programs to address individual and group needs.

• Facilitate workshops, role-play scenarios, and live demonstrations to enhance learning engagement.

• Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, ensuring content aligns with industry standards and client objectives.

• Stay updated on the latest sales techniques, tools, and market trends, integrating relevant insights into training programs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make adjustments to improve outcomes as needed.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to help participants apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role with a focus on training external clients or individuals in sales.

• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, methods, and best practices.

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.

• Experience creating training programs and materials is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and ability to adapt to various learning styles.
