We are looking Sales Purchase Manager for Car Showroom in Dubai.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and acquire new B2B customers in the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including businesses, government entities, and fleet management companies.
• Identify and understand customer needs, and recommend suitable car models and packages to meet their requirements.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Actively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Stay updated with knowledge of the latest car models, features, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate and promote our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the finance and administration departments to facilitate smooth order processing, vehicle delivery, and after-sales support.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
• Stay informed about competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Automotive-related certifications are a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, particularly in the B2B sector, and familiarity with the car industry and models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence potential clients.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Valid UAE driver's license and a good driving record.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required in a showroom environment.
