As a Sales and Marketing Executive with our esteemed recruitment Company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote overseas recruitment services. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales and marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulate comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends.

Collaborate with the sales team to establish realistic sales objectives and goals.

Utilize online and offline channels to maximize revenue.

Develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, photographers, and other marketing service providers.

Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on market conditions.

Negotiate and close sales deals with potential buyers.

Ensure smooth transaction processes, coordinating with legal and financial teams as needed.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts.

Actively participate in community events to enhance the company's community presence.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
