• Achieve sell in and sell out, sales targets and other
commercial strategic goals
• Manages and tracks agency budgets
• Defines priority customers and tracks routing
• Allocates clients based on focused brands and based on
brands potential in the salon
• Targets and builds new customer base and allocating of a team member to the new customer
• Motivates and develops the team for their region, sets
targets and tracks KPIs
• Prepares and Manages the route planning for the team
• Accompany the team during visits and coaches them on
commercial and business skills and sharing the best
• Leads team meetings and participate in next cycle
• Performing year end reviews of team members
• Guarantees PPD’s and PPD brands image and awareness in their area
• Build, develop and manage team, promoting a work environment of cooperation, entrepreneurship, engagement and enablement
• Integrating sustainability and business ethics in all decision making and influencing the teams in this direction

The ideal candidate should have post graduate in sales/marketing/business administration qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require sales, agency, customer, base, team, planning, business, sharing, image, awareness, environment, engagement, sustainability, ethics, direction mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
