Job Title: Sales Manager - Garden Center
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at our garden center in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales persons to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales persons to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This includes providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure the team is performing at their best.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing targeted sales campaigns.
Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, provide feedback, and coaching to sales persons to improve their skills and performance. This includes setting sales targets, tracking progress, and making adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly. This includes providing product information, answering customer questions, and addressing customer concerns.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including plants, gardening supplies, and outdoor living products. This includes staying up-to-date on new products, features, and benefits.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and insights to senior management to inform business decisions. This includes tracking sales performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. This includes working with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to sales persons to enhance their skills and knowledge. This includes providing training on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a garden center or retail environment.
Skills:
Proven track record of success in sales management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
Experience with sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of horticulture and gardening products
