Job Description

As a sales and leasing consultant, you will handle the sales and rental listings assigned to you by the company as well as generate new listings for your own owner's list. You will be sharing listings online on social media and generating leads to create profits from which you get a very sizable commission. Commission Structure varies depending on developers.

You are expected to be groomed nicely and be punctual as the client-facing part of the company.
We expect you to meet in our office every day for updating your leads, checking property availability, and following up on opportunities. We expect you to carry your laptop with you as you may often need documentation in the different government entities.
We expect you to be able to complete your leads to successful transactions.

We provide you with a laptop to work with as well as a sim card to make local phone calls and 10 GB of internet. This will allow you to connect to the internet from anywhere and always have your files.

All training is provided through a mix of in-house training as well as online Zoom meeting. F&S Real Estate is partnered with multiple developers as brokers - each of these developers will provide sales training so you are knowledgeable on all of their properties. 

Job Responsibilities
Client Consultation:
  • Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, or leasing real estate properties.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and open houses to expand your professional network.
Property Research:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties that match client requirements.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and property values.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Property Listings and Marketing:
  • Create appealing property listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote listings through online and offline channels.
  • Utilize social media, websites, and other platforms to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Feedback and Market Insights:
  • Gather feedback from clients and use it to adapt your strategies and improve services.
  • Share market insights and updates with clients to help them make informed decisions.
Property Showings:
  • Schedule and conduct property showings for interested clients.
  • Highlight property features and benefits during showings.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Keep organized files and databases.
  • Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and lease terms on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure that transactions align with the best interests of the client while aiming for successful closings.
Goal Achievement:
  • Set and work towards sales and leasing targets.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of the real estate market.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Build a reputation for reliability, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
Documentation and Contracts:
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary documents.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Compliance and Ethics:
  • Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations, ensuring ethical conduct throughout transactions.
Financial Analysis:
  • Assist clients in understanding financial implications such as mortgage options, ROI calculations, and property appraisals.

Job Specification

F&S Real Estate is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales & Leasing Consultant in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have college degree or higher qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require sales, leasing, social media, documentation, networking, communication, negotiate, property viewings, multilanguage mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
