Description

Responsibilities

• Selling the retail banking product ( Credit cards ) to potential customers.
• Developing good relationships with major customers .
• Generating new leads through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
• Should maintain accurate up to date sales pipelines for every month
• Strong Personality and Excellent Selling Skills.
• Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills.
• Should be target oriented and self-initiator
• Assigned sales targets to be met on yearly and monthly basis.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.
• Excellent communication skills, result oriented, good public relations and analytical thinking
Skill Requirements
• Candidates with experience in sales in UAE or Home Country
• Candidates with Retail banking experience would be given preference .
• Immediate joiners preferred for the role
