Job Title: Sales Executive (Distribution)

Job Responsibilities:
Support operational objectives:
– To participate and provide support to superiors on implementation of short & long-term sales strategies and plans in line with the organizational mission and vision.
– To effectively work on approved policies and recommend process improvements in order to enhance revenue on sales and client satisfaction.
Sales and Service:
– To identify business opportunities through identification of prospects and evaluation of their position in the industry.
– To closely work with superiors on product improvements and / or new products through providing effective recommendations in line with the market trends.
– To promote and sell the products to customers within the allocated geographic territories through regular visits, effective negotiation and maintaining good relationship.
– To internally coordinate with Finance on new clients’ on-boarding process in order to analyse and set the credit limit for clients.
– To regularly visit the clients in order to providing invoices and to collect the due payments and handover the same to Finance Dept.
– To regularly liaise with clients, respond to their queries and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on products and services.
– To monitor the customer orders and ensure timely delivery through effective internal coordination with supply chain team members.
– To have excellent client management and build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients.
Reporting / Internal coordination:
– To analyze and prepare regular weekly / monthly sales status and adhoc reports and present to superiors as needed.
– To work on the day-to-day corrective actions as per the feedback provided by superiors during status report meeting.
– To internally coordinate with Marketing / Business Development team and ensure the promotion and development of products locally and regionally.
– To coordinate internally with the relevant stakeholders in order to reconcile and to maintain the record of sales and customer information.
– To have effective and efficient coordination internally with Supply Chain team and ensure that the timely services been provided to clients.
Job Requirements:
– Graduation required. Knowledge of the paint product and competitive environment.
– 3 – 5 years of experience in building material industry.
– Have dealt with customers in retail, trader, SME companies, hospitality industry, etc. within the Abu Dhabi Region.
– Candidates based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi will only be considered for the role.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 10k to 15k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
