Sales Executive – Job Description:

If you are able to take the challenges of everyday business communication and combats over creative thoughts and strategies with the international clients, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Responsibilities:

Hands on experience for sales and provide customer with desired solutions by understanding and capturing their business requirements.

Take record of achieving sales targets.

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Building and maintaining a CRM database.

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Participating in sales team meetings.

Job requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

1+ years of sales experience.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
