Description

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in a Joinery Company is a MUST.

- Valid UAE driving license is a must.

- To have knowledge of interior fitout works like Joinery, Carpentry, Painting, Lighting and etc work.

- To have good communication with Consultant and Contracting Company.

- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving set targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Attend Meeting with Clients / Consultants/ Contractors, etc and maintain relationship to generate new sale leads and convert them to projects.

- If needed, the necessary Quotations to Customer Requirements and to do regular follow up.

- Able to make routine visits such as sites/offices & properties to get deals.

- Develop sales strategy “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (outdoor sales, cold calling, presentations etc).

- Achieve sales targets

- Maintain client database and records for folow up

- Daily work report to the Team Manager for Assistance & Guidance

LANGUAGE:

- English (MUST)

- Arabic (PREFERED)
