Job Summary:

As a Sales and Market Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to market conditions, sales performance, customer demographics, and competitive products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research using various methods such as surveys, focus groups, and data analysis tools.

Sales Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Identify customer needs and preferences to support product development and marketing campaigns.

Competitive Analysis:

Forecasting and Reporting:

Develop sales forecasts and projections based on market trends and analysis.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for key stakeholders.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support strategic initiatives and campaigns.

Provide analytical support and data-driven insights to assist in decision-making processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a Market Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and market research methodologies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of CRM systems and understanding of sales processes is a plus.
