Job description

· Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering expert guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

· Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients' property requirements and financial capabilities.

· Conduct research on market trends, prices, and property values in specific areas of the UAE.

· Identify potential leads through networking, referrals, and industry databases.

· Create compelling property listings with high-quality photos, videos, and descriptions.

· Design marketing strategies and manage advertising across online platforms and social media channels.

· Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information on property features and answering client inquiries.

· Advise clients on property conditions and market value to support informed decisions.

· Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers, ensuring effective communication and agreement on terms.

· Prepare and review necessary documentation and contracts in compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.

· Ensure all transactions comply with UAE property regulations.

· Regulations and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

· Prepare necessary paperwork, coordinate with legal advisors, and manage financial transactions to secure smooth closing processes.

· Stay updated on the latest real estate laws, regulations, and market trends within the UAE.

· Attend industry events and training sessions to enhance skills and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the UAE.

· In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including property laws and regulations.

· Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Proficient in using CRM software, real estate portals, and MS Office Suite.

· Excellent communication skills.
