Are you a driven and experienced real estate agent with fluency in Russian? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Dubai Business Bay!
Job Duties:
Create compelling property listings, showcasing properties for sale and rent in Dubai.
Represent clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, providing expert guidance and negotiation skills.
Organize property showings, presenting the unique features and benefits of each property to potential buyers or tenants.
Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends and provide clients with valuable market analysis.
Implement marketing and advertising strategies to reach a broader audience and attract potential buyers or tenants.
Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about their property transactions and market updates.
Handle all necessary paperwork and legalities associated with real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local laws.
Build a strong network of industry contacts, including developers, agents, lenders, and property managers.
Utilize excellent negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is essential.
Proven experience as a real estate agent with a successful track record in property sales or rentals.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for real estate.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current industry trends.
Ability to work on a commission-only basis, with no basic or fixed salary.
Must have a valid UAE driver's license and own transportation.
Existing network and contacts within the Russian-speaking community is a plus.
Commission Structure:
We offer a competitive commission structure of 60% to 70% per successful property transaction.
Unlimited earning potential based on your performance and sales achievements.
