Description

This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with other departments

a. He should have around 15 years of IT experience in business analysis, gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution design

b. Experience in payments, collections and liquidity management domain

c. He should have knowledge of SWIFT, WSI, RTGS, Payment gateway, Cards.

d. Experience in working in enterprise wide projects especially in solution design and implementation phase.

e. He should know and have experience to review and understand test design, test plan, test scenarios and test cases.

f. He should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

g. Have significant experience of stakeholder relationship management and an ability to influence challenging stakeholders in an environment of competing priorities

h. Experience of working within agile, waterfall and hybrid/semi agile development programmes

i. Demonstrable expertise and experience of using software tools e.g. Jira, Confluence, Visio

j. Proven track record of as-is & to-be process mapping, process re-engineering
