We are urgently hiring Receptionist cum Personal Assistant for our reputed client based in Abu Dhabi,

Position: Receptionist cum Personal Assistant
Gender: Female
Nationality: Syria, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq
Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
Age Limit: 22 to 27 years
Salary: TBD
Joining: Immediate
Job Role
Answering phone calls and taking down messages.
Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and orderly front desk the environment at all times.
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Handling of guests and walk-in queries.
Handling of mails and courier
Meeting rooms management.
Assist with processing invoices for all HR and office related expenses.
General office maintenance and day-to-day facility management.
Responsible for office facility and housekeeping (supervision of cleaners).
Ordering and maintaining stock for office equipment, stationery and pantry supplies.
