Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Prospect and qualify potential buyers and sellers of real estate properties.

-Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance and expertise throughout the process.

-Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends and conditions in the real estate market.

-Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transactions.

-Market and advertise properties through various channels to attract potential buyers.

-Maintain and update listings of available properties, ensuring accurate and detailed information.

-Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

-Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

-Collaborate with other professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to ensure a seamless transaction.

-Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the real estate industry.

Skills and Qualification

-Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality

-Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and industry best practices;

-Highly motivated to continuously learn and develop new skills, with a quick learning ability.

-Possess a strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new information.

-Licensed Real Estate Agent in Dubai and valid UAE Driving License, preferably with own car.
