Description

Responsibilities
•   Independently source potential investors
•   Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements
•   Work effectively in converting company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
•   Making appointments and facilitating tours for clients to the ‘World Islands’
•   Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
•   Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
•   Coordinate with the marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.
•   Finalize the terms of an agreement and closing sales
•   Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities
•   Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures, and other concerns of the client with regard to the sale of the property to ensure smooth sales transactions
•   Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision-making.
•   Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored, and made available for reporting on a regular basis
•   Ensure regular visits to check on the inventory of products personally, and asses them before showing them to prospective clients
•   Adept with the technical know-how of documentation – E; Representation contracts.
•   Manage HNI’s, luxury segment of clients.
•   Market, promote, and sell completed & off-plan properties that are part of The Heart of Europe inventory to the clientele globally.
•   Analyze client’s requirements as per their preference of properties and be effectively able to read between the lines and cater to the premium requirements

European nationals are preferred

Musts for the role
•   A minimum of 3-5 years of proven Real Estate Experience with a Real Estate Developer in UAE.
