Description

We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or at least 1 year of Sales background.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients –

- Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices.

- Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.

- Attending developer launches or other industry related events.

- Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships.

- Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy.

- Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

- Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.

- Consult with clients and identify their need, financial concern, and preferences.

- Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant.

Required Skills:

- Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle is Required.

- RERA certified preferred. Is

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.

- Proven good Sales Track Record.

- Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.

- Willingness to earn and can start working on commission basis.
