Quality Control Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Officer to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring operations, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control procedures to maintain compliance and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test materials, products, and processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Monitor production operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
  • Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Work closely with production, operations, and management teams
  • Maintain records of quality tests, inspections, and audits
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits when required
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Officer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
  • Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Specification

Synergy GCC (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Quality Control Officer in the field of Quality Assurance in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have preferred qualifications: bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field certification in quality control (e.g., iso standar qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require quality control, analytical, quality control officer, quality standards, monitoring, operations, procedures, compliance, materials, production, inspection, company, policies, industry, standards, regulatory, quality, corrective, preventive, management, internal, support, testing, quality management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 4k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
