Job Description

The PRO is responsible for a comprehensive public relations effort, including evaluation of attitudes/opinions of the institution's public, identification of the policies of the institution with the Company interest, and the execution of a variety of media programs to earn public understanding/support. Position Responsibilities and Functions:

1. Organize periodic renewal of Licenses and set up factory licenses day to deal with Dubai Industrial city, Dubai Municipality authority, Dubai economic authority, dealing DEWA, etc...

2. Collect and provide updates from the govt authorities on all Labour and immigration rules & factory set procedures to keep the HR dept abreast of the changes in the rules.

3. Submission of the correct documentation to the Ministry of Labor for visa application.

4. Preparing Legal Agreements /MOA/Share Transfer/Power of Attorney.

5. Employee/ Guest Visa Process-New/Renewal/Cancellation for UAE/Bahrain.

6. Insurance/Registration/Mortgage for Office, Warehouse, Factory Company Vehicles.

7. Represent to Ministry of Justice/Labor Court/Police Station/Customs etc...

8. Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.

9. Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, and fine resolution.

10. Obtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff members for their travel.

11. Renew, update, and maintain employees’ visas, labor cards, and contracts.

12. Accompany the employee as they exit the country.

13. Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents. Skills and Qualification: · Must have worked 3- years as Pro/ admin, experienced in UAE Laws/ Regulation and other Legal Procedures ·

14. dealing with all authorities like DDA, DEWA, Dubai municipal authority, Dubai Municipal authorities & Dubai Industrial City for getting permission for setting up the industry as per Dubai Law UAE

Educational Qualification – Minimum Degree in any discipline

Remunerations -As per industry norms

Good Oral & written Arabic and English ·
