A High-end 5-Star Hotel in Koh Samui is looking for a Project Manager/Architect for Thailand Deployment to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Architect with working experience on finishing and interior.
- Good knowledge of latest finishing materials and products used in hospitality industry.
- 5 years min experience in similar position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
