Description

• Act as the key interface for all technical formal communication.

• Chair and minute all technical Investor meetings. Assign actions in meetings with appropriate durations and monitor the closure of the actions within the Business Support Unit.

• Chair and minute Investor kick off meetings.

• Review Investor milestone programme and monitor the delivery of the Investor’s project against the programme. Notify the Business Support Unit on the status of the project against the agreed milestone programme.

• In coordination with the Customer Service, report on the Investors’ activities including all correspondence, meetings, submissions etc.

• Issue all construction and engineering NOCs and Permits, as detailed in Annexure 3 of the Rules.

• Monitor the construction activities of the Investor for compliance with the approved Permit and NOC.

• Manage the interface between Investors for all construction related activities.

• Monitor and report on Investors’ technical submissions, approvals and construction progress.

• Review, develop and managing project development procedures, processes and templates for engineering and construction submissions. Etc.
