Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production process to ensure finished products meet quality standards/client specifications

• Monitor the use of raw materials to minimize waste

• Supervise the use of machinery at all stations by production staff in line with established guidelines to maximize output and achieve efficiency

• Prepare production sheets on LEAN and ensure all materials are immediately logged in the system, direct the immediate closure of orders (in LEAN) when finished products are delivered to final stock

• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure raw materials are available to meet the production schedule

• Coordinate with QC to ensure final products are tested, labeled, and released for final delivery

• Coordinate with QC (Raw materials) quality for production

• Ensure all production stations are clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents

• Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks

• Report unsafe acts, incidents, or safety violations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an industrial chemical plant, preferred petrochemical, or polymer plant.

• Good command of English Language

• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Familiarity with hazardous material handling and HSE procedures

The position require maintenance, team, condition, production, process, finished products, quality standards, specifications, monitor, materials, waste, machinery, staff, line, lean, system, direct, closure, final, stock, warehouse, schedule, quality, personal, equipment, safety, reporting, material handling mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 4k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
