Description

Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.

Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.

Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.

Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.

Attending and scheduling meetings as required.

Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.

Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.

Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.

Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.

Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams

Providing information and regular support to stakeholders

Being point of contact for various working groups

Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes

Ensuring resources and equipment are always available

Understanding formal escalation and review processes

Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested

Thorough project documentation

Creating and reviewing of reports

Knowledge of industry best practice

The ideal candidate should have engineering graduate qualification and atleast 7 years of experience. The position require project, specifications, time, contractors, staff, performance, monitoring, tracking, progress, writing, scheduling, feedback, requirements, rest, team, technical, providing, cost, documentation, support, scope, equipment, project documentation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
