Description

We urgently in need of Planning Engineer

Must have 5-10 years of experience in Contracting Company (High Rise Building)
Preferred : Arabic Speaking
Job Responsibilities:
Review, evaluate, comment and monitor the contractor’s time schedules for our projects and assist them in preparing revisions and recovery programs in case of delays.
Prepare programs for some projects and assist the contractors in preparing recovery and revised programs.
Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements.
Identify the project deliveries, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.
Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
Progress in monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts.
Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the progress on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 6 years of experience. The position require planning engineer, contracting, company, high rise building, arabic, review, monitor, time, recovery, case, contractors, schedule, project, master, line, requirements, staffing, measurement, system, progress, execution, monitoring, project director mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
