What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Certified in at least two Pilates repertoires:

(Mat & Reformer or Mat & CCB, modern Pilates method preferred)

Strong foundation in Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Posture Analysis

Minimum teaching experience is preferred, but new instructors with strong training are welcome

Must be able to work in Singapore

Preferred Traits:

Passionate and energetic, with a genuine desire to help others improve their well-being

Competent in using functional equipment: foam rollers, Pilates balls, bands, straps, blocks, etc. (If not, we’ll train you!)

Strong communication and soft skills – sensitivity and empathy are essential

A team player who is customer-focused and committed to going above and beyond

Your Responsibilities

Conduct private, semi-private, and group Pilates sessions

Evaluate clients’ posture, physical needs, and recommend appropriate programs

Engage clients, set fitness goals, and track progress

Maintain accurate attendance records

Ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained

Support studio operations and collaborate with team members

Continue learning and share best practices with fellow instructors
