Description

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of painters, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and follow safe work practices.

Project Management: Oversee multiple painting projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Surface Preparation: Ensure that surfaces to be painted are properly prepared, including cleaning, sanding, priming, and filling as required.

Painting: Apply paints, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.

Quality Control: Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality, ensuring it meets project specifications and customer requirements.

Material Management: Ensure that the team has the proper materials and equipment for each project, and manage inventory to avoid delays.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the safe use of tools, equipment, and chemicals, following all OSHA and company guidelines.

Client Communication: Communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

Training and Development: Train new painters and provide ongoing development for the team to improve skills and efficiency.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
